This service has a scope that includes other activities such as: Training for operators, updating and monitoring of risk assessments, procedures, instructions and formats corresponding to each item of the standard; In addition, relevant documents of each process are delivered and accompaniment is provided in internal, external or recertification audits.
This service consists of several stages:
1-Agronomic visit to evaluate the state of the crop
2-Visit fruit collection to perform the first analysis of dry matter
3-Visit of fruit collection for analysis of residuals, through a certified laboratory
4-Training on the practices and tasks that must be done during the harvest of fruit
5-Accompaniment in harvest and indication of the actions after the harvest of the fruit.
